𝗤𝟭: If your toolbox could talk, what would it say about you?Jaedon: “It would probably say, ‘Clean me, already! Your hands are always covered in grease—but that’s how I know you’re working hard and making things happen.
”𝗤𝟮: What’s been your proudest ‘I did that!’ moment so far?Jaedon: “Definitely the time I went out to Patagonia, a small town in Arizona, to fix a 200-pound pump. It wasn’t just about the weight of the pump; it was the responsibility and the trust my team placed in me to handle it. That moment reminded me that I’m stronger and more capable than I sometimes give myself credit for.
”𝗤𝟯: If you could give your younger self a pep talk about this job, what would you say?Jaedon: “Don’t doubt yourself or shy away just because this isn’t what most people picture when they think of a ‘girl’s job.’ You belong here, you’re tough enough for the challenges, and you’re proving every day that the only limits are the ones we set for ourselves.
